Experience hypnosis
We may think it is hard to experience hypnosis, let alone use it as a tool to aid us lose weight by hupnosis. But hypnosis can be achieved through a process of learned and guided meditative practices. By tapping in to those parts of our mind that controls our eating patterns and eating behaviours we can lose weight through hypnosis.

Watching and experiencing hypnosis in a non-stressful environment such as our homes can begin the process of re-aligning our mind with our body. We live and work in such stressful environments, taking a few minutes each day to experience hypnosis, allowing our mind and body to relax into a state of trance. Listening to someone guide you trhough the process of hypnosis is important when you are first learning how to utilise the weight loss through hypnosis technique. Without a guided meditation and hypnosis our minds may wander off onto other things that we know need our attention. But the combination of sound and vision can take us back to the relaxed state which can aid us lose weight by hypnosis and more importantly keep the weight off once we have lost it.
