Scientific evidence that Hypnosis, for weight loss, works!
We all want proof that weight loss by hypnosis works. And we have a right to be sceptical, after all we have been promised many times by the countless dieting programs that theirs works. We follow the program and usually find we are falling off the dieting bandwagon faster than we can say "double caramel latte with extra cream".
So it is relief to be able to prove that dieting and weight loss by hypnosis works.
‘...17-67 year olds completed a behavioral treatment for weight management either with or without the addition of hypnosis. At the end of the 9-week program, results demonstrated that both interventions resulted in significant weight reduction. However, at 8-month and 2-year follow-ups, the hypnosis subjects showed significant additional weight loss, while those in the behavioral-treatment-only group exhibited little further change. Given these statistics, weightloss hypnotherapy is now proven to be the most effective – long lasting system on ‘how to lose weight’ and keep it off!
Just think, by simply closing your eyes you can enjoy weight loss with hypnotherapy!
I don’t know about you, but that certainly sounds better than running the pavements and eating celery sticks doesn't it, unless you happen to like them that is!
